L’usine, one of the more well-known cafes in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), is like the Chye Seng Huat Hardware of Singapore. For those who haven’t heard of Chye Seng Huat, let’s just say, it’s one of those cafes that appear in most if not all of those “Top Cafes in Singapore” lists. As a former employee of the Papa Palheta group, I shan’t comment any further but the point is the name “L’usine” kept popping up when I was searching for where to eat in HCMC. Furthermore, it was recommended by my friend Hai so it was definitely on my list of places to visit.
